RESURFACING, LINEMARKING & INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS – BENALLA

Client: Benalla Rural City Council
Overview: To improve vehicular and pedestrian safety and enable a more efficient traffic flow, Lowry Place, Benalla was assessed for resurfacing and linemarking improvements, and the intersection of Mitchell and Mackellar Streets, Benalla identified for intersection safety improvements.
Works include:
BPS were engaged to deliver the Engineering Survey and Linemarking Setout of both projects, conducting works to the utmost professional standards, with the survey conducted to the Department of Transport’s technical standards – VicRoads Engineering Surveys Brief “LIS2001_Engineering_Surveys_March 2019.doc” Section 4.1 (DETAIL INFORMATION) – CODE 2 Survey (PAV2 & ES2). This allowed the installation of new linemarking and road safety modifications in line with the TrafficWorks Audit commissioned by the Benalla Shire Council.
