Browns Project Solutions provides independent project management for civil infrastructure, water infrastructure, and local government capital works, from early feasibility through to practical completion. We act in our clients’ interests at every stage, with no financial interest in the construction contract outcome.

INDEPENDENT AND CERTIFIED
Browns Project Solutions holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) certifications, independently audited through Adaptive Certifications. All three are held concurrently within a single Integrated Management System.
EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONERS
Projects are led by Jason Brown (CEO), with over 30 years’ experience in civil construction project management, and Laura Benson (Principal PMO Specialist), with a background spanning the Department of Transport and Planning, Metro Trains Melbourne, and KBR. Clients work directly with experienced practitioners, not account managers.

Based in Shepparton, Victoria, Browns Project Solutions has delivered projects across the Goulburn Valley, Murray Valley, North East Victoria, Loddon, Hume, and Goldfields regions, for regional councils, state government agencies, statutory water authorities, and Tier 1 contractors.

We manage civil infrastructure, water infrastructure, and local government capital works projects on behalf of our clients — acting in their interests at every stage, with no financial interest in the construction contract outcome.
