Overview: Browns Project Solutions partnered with Macedon Ranges Shire Council to deliver a tailored half-day workshop aimed at strengthening project management capability across council teams. The interactive session brought together around 30 participants from facilities, civil infrastructure, engineering, and corporate services.
Our role: Using real-world case studies and aligning content with council governance frameworks, the workshop focused on the project lifecycle, lessons learned, and embedding best-practice methodologies such as PRINCE2 (Lite). By fostering team engagement and consistency, this initiative supported Council’s broader program to improve governance, align documentation, and build confidence in project delivery.
