Overview: With the ability to capture real-time construction footage, our drone imagery is of value, whatever our client’s focus. Dilapidation surveys have minimised our client’s financial exposure by recording existing conditions prior to the commencement of construction works.
Drones give you the ability to monitor the progress of your project from a distance, accessing sites that until now may be unreachable – steep slopes, harsh terrain, unsuitable for traditional measuring methods.
Used, for example, to access remote locations to assess a location prior to construction works, for before and after construction project footage, or to record existing conditions prior to major capital works, our drone imagery and dilapidation surveys have added value to BPS’ vast array of services.
