Overview: BPS Senior Project Manager, Jason Brown, was seconded to manage all major projects for the North East Maintenance Alliance (NEMA) as part of delivering the annual maintenance program between Downer EDI Works and Regional Roads Victoria (RRV).

Our role: Responsible for ensuring the Projects Department’s adherence to capital expenditure commitments, as well as the preparation of budgets and forecasts for major works, Jason also directly managed the Shepparton Works Depot whilst maintaining the client’s strong safety focus in all aspects of his role.
