Our role: NECC were joined by our project team, assisting with the successful delivery of this project for VicRoads Project Zero. By integrating closely onsite with the NECC delivery team, all aspects of the project were supported by BPS. Quality and safety requirements were achieved by providing assistance with technical support and advice on the ground. Working with the management team, BPS facilitated efficient and accurate tracking and reporting; subsequently, the project met the stringent standards required by NECC’s client, VicRoads. Our team seamlessly integrated with NECC personnel, incorporating their systems, while also providing access to our own support management and reporting processes. As a result, the project was managed as effectively and efficiently as possible.
