30 LOT SUBDIVISION – DENILIQUIN
When: 2022 – 2025
Client: Kurrajong Waratah
Our role: By acting as the coordinating regional civil project managers between statutory authorities, Council, consultants, contractors and the client, Browns Project Solutions provided end-to-end oversight across the proposal, tender and construction phases of the Kurrajong Subdivision project.
Complex project milestones and local infrastructure asset upgrades placed Browns Project Solutions at the centre of subdivision delivery and council interface management.
BPS coordinated approvals pathways, authority requirements and consultant inputs, while managing contractor procurement and construction sequencing to ensure compliance, constructability and programme certainty were maintained throughout delivery.
Our role focused on strong governance, proactive risk identification and early resolution of constraints, enabling infrastructure assets to be delivered to standards aligned with long-term Council, community and developer expectations.
This structured approach supported a seamless transition from planning through to construction and handover, resulting in high-quality public and private infrastructure outcomes for Kurrajong Waratah, the local community and Council.
The community and consumer interest in the development has been positive; with residential construction commencing soon after project completion, the subdivision has become a sought-after corner of vibrant Deniliquin, within walking distance of schools, shopping centres and established community infrastructure.
Our client: At Kurrajong, passionate individuals have worked for over 60 years, helping people with disability achieve their goals and live a life of their choice in open, accessible and inclusive communities in the Riverina Murray region. Today, Kurrajong is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider and not-for-profit.
Their vision is to create open, accessible and inclusive communities for all people.
Kurrajong’s reach extends to communities across the Riverina Murray region and offers local access to creative and social programs, support coordination, plan management, therapies, short and long-term accommodation, community access, employment readiness and supported employment.
The Deniliquin development has offered further opportunity for both long- and short-term accommodation in the region, contributing to the local economy whilst supporting the needs of those living with a disability.
